Cancellation & Refund Policy

Mobile Beauty Bar ATL understands that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds are handled.

Individual Appointments

Clients who need to cancel or reschedule an individual appointment should provide at least:

[24 / 48 hours] notice

Cancellations made within the required notice period may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellations

Appointments canceled on the same day may be considered non-refundable.

Any deposit or advance payment may be forfeited.

No-Shows

Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may be charged the full service amount.

Future bookings may require advance payment.

Late Arrivals

Clients should arrive or be ready at the scheduled service time.

Late arrivals may result in:

  • Reduced service time
  • Modified services
  • Rescheduling
  • Cancellation

Full payment may still be required.

Bridal & Private Event Cancellations

Bridal, private event, and group bookings often require advance planning, staffing, and date reservation.

Deposits for these bookings may be non-refundable.

Cancellations should be submitted in writing as early as possible.

Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on:

  • Notice provided
  • Services already prepared
  • Staffing commitments
  • Travel arrangements
  • Vendor costs
  • Contract terms

Corporate Event Cancellations

Corporate activations may be governed by a separate service agreement or proposal.

Cancellation terms stated in that agreement will take priority over this general policy.

Deposits

Deposits may be required to reserve appointments, bridal dates, private events, or corporate activations.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Deposits are applied toward the final service balance and may be non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Mobile Beauty Bar ATL will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested date changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

A rescheduling fee may apply for last-minute changes.

Travel & Location Fees

Travel, parking, venue, or location-related fees may be non-refundable once arrangements have been made.

Service Changes

Clients may request changes to services before the scheduled appointment or event.

Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

Same-day additions or substitutions cannot be guaranteed.

Weather & Emergencies

If severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, emergencies, or circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control prevent services from being completed, Mobile Beauty Bar ATL will work with the client to determine an appropriate solution.

This may include:

  • Rescheduling
  • Service credit
  • Partial refund
  • Alternative arrangements

Decisions will be made based on the circumstances of each booking.

Provider Cancellation

If Mobile Beauty Bar ATL must cancel a service and cannot provide a replacement provider or acceptable alternative date, the client will receive a refund for any affected service amount paid directly to Mobile Beauty Bar ATL.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take:

to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following may be non-refundable once incurred:

  • Deposits
  • Travel fees
  • Parking fees
  • Special-order products
  • Custom supplies
  • Vendor expenses
  • Staffing commitments
  • Rush fees
  • Event preparation expenses
